Rich: "Wake up, Betty. We're here."
Betty: " Yawn!"
Rich: "Let's get you stuff out of the back and get inside out of this heat.
Betty: " Is Nebraska always this hot?"
Rich: ( laughing) "Only in the summer"
Rich:" We have some walking to do yet"
Betty: "Oh, my! What's that?"
Rich: "That's just Jessie. Don't worry. She hasn't eaten one of us yet."
Betty: "How much farther. Bucky is getting tired."
Rich: "We have to go down the stairs and the basement hall."
Rich: "Here's the stairs."
Betty: " It sure is dark way down there."
Rich: "Are you fraid of the dark, Betty?"
Betty: "Is there anything that I should be afraid of down there?"
Rich: "How do you feel about spiders?
Betty:"Whew! We made it to the bottom. Where's the welcome party?"
Rich: " We still have to go down the hall to the sewing room."
Rich: "Well, Betty, this is the headquarters of Civies."
"Welcome to Civies, Betty!"
