Betty Runs Away... Part 2

AJ: "Hawk, have you seen Betty? "

Hawk: "No, I haven't. Why?"

AJ: "I paged her to give her a tour of the shipping department, and she never showed up."

AJ: " Steve have you seen Betty?"

Steve: "No."

Rich: "I'm looking for her too. We had a date this afternoon, and she's late."

Steve: "We have better form a search party. Hawk and Rich, please go inform Search and Rescue."

Rich and Hawk: "We're on our way, Steve."

Rich: "Let's Try the TV room first. It's the nearest."

S&R Leader: "One of our jeeps is missing too."

Hawk:" Betty, does like to drive. Maybe she's just out for a joy ride."

S&R Leader: "There's our missing jeep."

Rich: "There are three people in the jeep."

Hawk: "I heard Cat and Ebony being paged by Shipping this morning too. I think that fact explains this merry jaunt."

S&R Leader: "Check their vital signs and look for any injuries."

Hawk and Rich: "Betty, are you OK?"

Betty: "OOoooh! My head hurts. What happened?"

Cat and Ebony ( groan) " Oh, my head hurts too!"

S&R Leader:"Well, they don't appear seriously hurt. Rich, you drive this jeep back. Let's get Cat into the other jeep. Dee stay with Ebony. Hawk, your with me."

S&R Leader:"Let's head back to the barn people!"

Rich: "are you feeling a bit better, Betty?"

Betty: "Yes, but my head still hurts."

Steele:"We're glad that you're back, Betty, safe and sound."

Steve: "Where did you find them?"

Rich: "In the TV room."

Kate: "Are you OK, Cat?"

Cat: "Yes, but it looks like I'm in trouble again."

AJ: "Yes, Cat, you are!  We missed a shipping date because of this little game of yours."

Steele: " Tell me what happened today , Betty."

Betty: "Well, I heard my page, and I was looking for Shipping. Then Cat and Ebony said I had to come with them so we could keep our clothes, and they dragged me to the jeep and drove off down the hall. What are they talking about? Why do I have to give up my clothes?"

Ebony: "I wanted  to keep this outfit. I liked it so I ran away."

Cat : " Me too!"

Steele: " Cat and Ebony, you both know the rules. Those outfits are not yours to keep."

Kris made Betty's clothes for her. They are hers to keep."

Cat and Ebony: " It's not fair."

Steve: "That's enough. Report to Shipping immediately!"

Cat and Ebony: (Sniff) " It's still not fair."

AJ: "March, girls!"

Steve: "I'm sorry for the trouble those two got you into today."

Steele: "Thinks are usually very quiet around her. Your arrival seemed to stir up trouble. I hope the next leg of your trip is more relaxing for you."

Betty: "I hope so too. I was kidnapped twice. Do you believe it!"

Kate: "Let me take you upstairs. I'll make you a nice cup of tea, and draw you a nice hot bath so you can relax."

Betty: "The bath sounds good, but add a shot of whiskey to the tea."

Kate laughs.

Steele: " Somethings going on, Steve. I can't explain it yet, but I feel it."

Steve: "I agree. I don't think it's just about Betty's visit either. I'll arrange some discreet recon patrols"

Steele: "I'll brief my officers to be on the look out for anything and anyone suspicious."
